Michael Jackson who was only 50 died today of a cardiac arrest about 12:00 PM local time. Unfortunately the paramedics were unable to revive him. This news obviously sent a shock wave throughout the entertainment world!
We all loved Michael at one point or another throughout his career, he truly was one person that transformed how we look at certain genre of music. I’m sure he will be missed by millions around the world….not sure if anyone can take the title “The king of pop” anytime soon.

This is according to several reports, Hosea Thomas was responsible for the death of T.I’s friend Philant “Big Phill” Johnson, and for this he has been sentenced to 66 years in prison. More on this can be read here : Link

On Wednesday Feb 20th snoop dogg was cited for marijuana possession outside a new york city nightclub. He was not arrested, but snoops lawyer said “We are contesting the ticket”.
Yup yup nothing new from Mr. Dogg, he def is a bad ass.

On December 24th it was announced that Jay-Z stepped down from his roll as the Presedent of Deff Jam. What was the reason given? Well there are two reasons given for this move. One was because according to the story at Sohh.com Jay-Z wanted a lot of money and the record wasen’t able to justify this increase especially after of the drecrease in record sales lately. The other was because Jay-Z waned to take on diffrenet challenges in life.
Come ON!!!!!!! who the hell you kiddin dude, you only get paid gazillion dollars per year, Oh wait I will stay if you pay me what i want, if you don’t well it’s time to take on new challenges. Paleaaaaaseeeeeee…. Well I chuck this move up to greed.

Walk With Me Now and You’ll Fly With Me Later is the title for DMX’s future album. The funny part is that this is going to be with his new label “Bodog Music”. If you are not familiar with Bodog, it’s home to artists like Wu-tang Clan.
Well I for one am really excited about DMX’s new album, and can’t wait to see what he’s going to create for us now. It won’t be supprising if this album reaches the Billboard charts top spot….as 5 of his 6 previous releases have made it to the list.

So how about Debbie releases a book that tells it ALL. The book is titled “My Son Marshall”. Yup, Emienm’s own mom talks about how slim shady batttled depression for years, especially after his ex-wife Kim Mathers gave birth to Halie.
Just so you guys know the book is currently available in UK, so everyone who absolutely needs the scoop on this I guess you can always order it now, or wait till it hits the US market sometime early next year.

Doin it and doin it and doin it well…sorry i just had to :). So LL Cool J is about to tour starting in March of 08. He is said to perform hits from his 20+ year musical career. Dj Cut Creator woop woop will be joining him for this tour.
Believe it it or not I actually like LL. and I have never been to Australia, so who knows i might take a trip on a whim and decide to see him at one of the bellow venues:

Yeah so celebrities and politicians work together to save the planet. Personally I think this is a awesome initiative, and probably a much needed one as well. Not surprised that MSN is going to broadcasting this event worldwide (After all Bill Gates is one of the biggest philanthropist in the world).
This concert is going to be a 24-hour concert on 7/7/07 across all 7 continents. Participating in this awesome endeavor will be more than 100 of top musical artists from all around the world. The whole point of this is to combat Climate Crises hence the name “Live Earth”.
So who all will be participating in organizing this “Live Earth” concert? Well just to name a few Al Gore, Kevin Wall, Pharrell, Cameron Diaz, plus much more. “In order to solve the Climate Crisis, we have to reach billions of people. We are launching SOS and Live Earth to begin a process of communication that will mobilize people all over the world to take action,” Gore said. “The Climate Crisis will only be stopped by an unprecedented and sustained global movement. We hope to jump-start that movement right here, right now, and take it to a new level on July 7, 2007.”

Luda and Paris waaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Yeah exactly my reaction to Luda performing at Paris Hilton’s party. I personally think he was on drugs or something. Various sources say that luda rushed outta his concert to perform uhmmm like 4 different songs for Paris. Come on are you kidding me? Let’s see hmm what word comes to mind? Sell out maybe? Anyway I know plenty of his fans are pissed about this considering that Paris has been reported to make racist comments. Anyway what do you guys think? The only reason i can think of him doing this is if he was bangin her or he’s desperate for some dough. Ummm yea enough said…
